Find out how to give people different levels of access to your content with Box's sharing and collaborative features, and discuss ways others are using Box to share and collaborate at Penn State.
In addition to the main Box Web interface at http://box.psu.edu/ , Box has several other apps and access options that offer different features for accessing, sharing, and collaborating on your content. Download this table and use it to help you decide which options will meet your needs.
This hands-on workshop will help participants get started using Box for sharing and collaboration. Participants will be guided through the steps for sharing content via link, setting up collaborative folders, organizing content for effective collaboration, and using Box’s communication tools within a collaborative workflow.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will become familiar with the basic tools for data management in Microsoft Excel 2016. Participants learn how to import, extract, and manipulate spreadsheet data. Participants will also use some of Excel’s tools to help manage multiple worksheets, visually compare workbooks, and work more efficiently in Excel.
