LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) is an online repository with 10,000+ high-quality video resources available to all current students, faculty, and staff at Penn State. This one-hour online session will help introduce you to the new LinkedIn Learning, including how to log in, find the right content, and share with others.
This video is intended for Penn State staff who support IT Services. The primary topic is the Major Incident Process. Recent improvements to this process have resulted in more streamlined steps and clear lines of responsibility and communication. You will walk away with visual reference materials describing this process and your role in it.
This hands-on workshop is designed for first-time users of Penn State’s Integrated Business Information Systems (IBIS) and will provide an overview of the system. The session also provides helpful information for more “seasoned” users who have had no formal training on processing forms. This session will explore IBIS financial concepts, such as sub-accounting, posting, and reporting.
Objectives:
Prerequisite(s): IBIS access is required and an assigned Secure-ID token must be brought to the session to participate.
