New Classes and Updated Resources for Outlook

Monday, April 15, 2019

IT Learning and Development has been providing live classes on Microsoft Outlook for nearly a full year alongside the rollout of Office 365. In that time, we have had a chance to hear from the faculty and staff who engage in our sessions, kindly providing us with both objective and subjective feedback. Using what we have learned from our participants, a whole new set of classes has been developed and our self-guided resources have likewise been improved.

A curriculum that was previously several hours and spanned multiple classes has been condensed to an hour-and-a-half session called Outlook - An Introduction. This new course delivers an overview of the program and its features along with instructions for using important email and calendar functions. It is further tailored to each of the three major platforms: PC (Windows), Mac, and the Web (browser).

Sessions are already scheduled and available for registration. To sign up, click on the corresponding links included below.
