This one-hour session is intended for Penn State staff who support IT Services. The two primary topics are the Major Incident Process and the IT Alerts Process. Recent improvements to these processes have resulted in more streamlined steps and clear lines of responsibility and communication. You will walk away with visual reference materials describing those processes, including answers to questions such as:
