An overview of IBIS concepts, using CCOM to generate reports and complete financial processes.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will become familiar with the basic tools for data management in Microsoft Excel 2016. Participants learn how to import, extract, and manipulate spreadsheet data. Participants will also use some of Excel’s tools to help manage multiple worksheets, visually compare workbooks, and work more efficiently in Excel.

Collaborating and communicating online has become an integral part of our day-to-day lives, but it’s often messy and hard to navigate across multiple apps and devices. Join us for a brown bag session to learn how to create and organize a virtual collaboration space with Microsoft Teams. You’ll have a chance to explore relevant features available in Teams (channels, apps, tabs etc.) and walk away with tips for setting up, organizing, and managing your Team to make collaboration more seamless.
This hands-on workshop is designed for first-time users of Penn State’s Integrated Business Information Systems (IBIS) and will provide an overview of the system. The session also provides helpful information for more “seasoned” users who have had no formal training on processing forms. This session will explore IBIS financial concepts, such as sub-accounting, posting, and reporting.
Objectives:
Prerequisite(s): IBIS access is required and an assigned Secure-ID token must be brought to the session to participate.
