Innovate your teaching in Canvas by integrating the Office365 learning tool in your course. This learning tool integration (LTI) allows students and instructors to create, share, and collaborate on O365 files within Canvas. During this one-hour demonstration session, participants will learn how to add the O365 LTI to their course and will explore how to update their content and assignments by adding OneDrive files.
Are you interested in getting up and running with your Canvas courses each semester in a faster, more streamlined way? This one-hour demonstration will outline tasks to complete in your courses at the end of the current semester and beginning of a new semester to make the transition to each new term as smooth as possible. If you use Canvas Groups in your courses, do you feel that your students are fully utilizing their group spaces to collaborate and communicate? To help you and your students get the most out of Canvas Groups, this one-hour demonstration will explore Canvas Groups from both student and faculty points-of-view, including specific strategies for promoting student collaboration using Groups and options for monitoring group members' progress throughout the semester. If you use Canvas Groups in your courses and want some concrete tips for maximizing their potential value to your students, this session is for you!

This hands-on session prepares Canvas users to optimize content for accessibility. Participants learn to identify accessibility issues within content, use the Rich Content Editor, create extended deadlines for quiz and assignment submissions, and use recommended guidelines for accessible quizzes.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will become familiar with the basic tools for data management in Microsoft Excel. Participants learn how to import, extract, and manipulate spreadsheet data. Participants will also use some of Excel’s tools to work more efficiently, including data validation, PivotTables, and PivotCharts.
Objectives
Collaborating and communicating online has become an integral part of our day-to-day lives, but it’s often messy and hard to navigate across multiple apps and devices. Join us for a brown bag session to learn how to create and organize a virtual collaboration space with Microsoft Teams. You’ll have a chance to explore relevant features available in Teams (channels, apps, tabs etc.) and walk away with tips for setting up, organizing, and managing your Team to make collaboration more seamless.

Join us for this session and learn how to use Outlook’s most important calendar features. Learn to do it all: Schedule meetings, respond to meeting invitations, share your calendar, and get organized for greater efficiency!
With the introduction of Google Workspace for education alongside the existing Office 365 collaboration tools, it can be difficult to determine which tools may best suit your needs. In this session, we will compare tools available in Google Workspace and Office 365 for productivity, storage, and collaboration. In addition, we will work through several use cases to determine which tool(s) might be best to use for your unique needs.
Want to explore more advanced options for analyzing and manipulating your data in iTwo? These hands-on training sessions build upon the topics presented in iTwo: Getting Started with Data Analysis. Over the course of 2 sessions, you’ll dive deeper into the options available in iTwo, developing more complex queries while building upon the skills you gained in the introductory training.
Self-Study Option
A self-study alternative to the online training is also available. This allows you to study the materials on your own and then take a 10 question online assessment to test-out of the training. Completing this assessment serves as the equivalent of completing the online session. This is an excellent option if you are looking to receive training and access to iTwo right away, or if you prefer to go over the materials on your own, at your own pace. This hands-on online training session is designed for advanced users of iTwo and builds upon the knowledge and skills presented in iTwo: Getting Started with Data Analysis and the iTwo: Advancing Your Skills training sessions. This session focuses on the basic skills needed to create interactive dashboards.
This hands-on, online training session introduces new users to iTwo, Oracle’s business intelligence tool. Throughout the session, you’ll explore some of the many features available for finding, analyzing, and visualizing your data in iTwo. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice navigating in the tool as you are guided through the process of creating analyses. Finally, you will be shown helpful resources for learning more about iTwo and your data after you leave the training.
