Microsoft Forms is a web-only application that enables you to create, distribute, and analyze quizzes and forms. This Forms Learning Path supports Penn State faculty, staff, and students looking to gather information using quizzes or forms. Quizzes are used for general assessment, while forms are used as information-gathering tools, such as surveys or polls. This learning path teaches you how to create, customize, share, and analyze results from forms and quizzes, individually or collaboratively using Microsoft's Office 365 Forms.
