This video is intended for Penn State staff who support IT Services. The primary topic is the Major Incident Process. Recent improvements to this process have resulted in more streamlined steps and clear lines of responsibility and communication. You will walk away with visual reference materials describing this process and your role in it.

This video course introduces you to key features and functions of ServiceNow. This series of interactive videos, designed for new users, teaches you to navigate the interface, quickly locate relevant information, and maximize productivity by customizing your workspace.

• Create and access favorites
• Manage group lists
• Locate information with global text search
• Create and customize homepages
• Modify account and notification preferences

Want to explore more advanced options for analyzing and manipulating your data in iTwo? This 2-day, hands-on, in-depth training session builds upon the topics presented in “iTwo: Getting Started with Data Analysis.” You’ll dive deeper into the options available in iTwo, developing more complex queries while building upon the skills you gained in the introductory training.

Self-Study Option

A self-study alternative to the face-to-face training is also available. This allows you to study the materials on your own and then take a 10 question online assessment to test-out of the training. Completing this assessment serves as the equivalent of completing this face-to-face session. This is an excellent option if you are looking to receive training and access to iTwo right away, or if you prefer to go over the materials on your own, at your own pace.
