Update: Technology support is now available through the IT Service Desk. Software Walkthrough sessions are available by request to assist students, faculty, and staff with commonly used Penn State software. These sessions are free of charge and can be scheduled as either remote or in-person appointments. In-person sessions will be held at the Knowledge Commons in Pattee Library. Please submit your request online using the Software Walkthrough Session Request Form at least 24 hours before your desired session time.
