Financial Systems @ Penn State

Financial Systems @ Penn State is a program designed to teach you the mechanics of Penn State’s accounting tools. It includes:

  • Financial Services Toolkit: Trainings in this section will teach you how to use SIMBA, complete various financial transactions, and generate financial reports.
  • Procurement Toolkit: Trainings in this section will show you how to use procurement tools, such as PSUbuy and Non-PO Invoices.
  • SAP Concur Toolkit: Trainings in this section will orient you to the SAP Concur system and demonstrate how to complete travel reports and request reimbursement.

This resource is good for beginners. New users are encouraged to begin with SIMBA Essentials, the first course in the Financial Services Toolkit, which will teach you the foundations of SIMBA. New trainings are added regularly, so check back in for updates!
